Clay and Nancy are the proud owners of the Silver Rush Inn and Cloud City Victorian Cottage in beautiful Leadville, Colorado.
 We love Colorado and the mountains and decided to retire here. We drove all over the state trying to find the perfect location. When we came to Leadville, we knew we had found the place. It is completely surrounded by mountains, has beautiful views of Colorado's two highest peaks - Mt. Elbert and Mt Massive. Leadville is centrally located in Colorado and within 45 minutes of Vail, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Beaver Creek. The local ski resort, Ski Cooper, is 15 miles. We can ATV, snowmobile, cross country ski, hike, and bike right out our door. Our 4 children and their spouses and our 6 grandchildren love to come to Leadville for all of the outdoor activities.
We bought this vacation rental because it was next door to us and needed a little TLC. We also needed a little extra space on the occasions that our house overflows with visitors. So it made sense to buy this home and turn it into a vacation rental.
